Hey, this is Shreeya Shetty here : ACE certified trainer from the American Council on Exercise.
I have been certified with Zumba, Bollyfitness and Yoga.

ABOUT ME

I am currently working in Figurine Fitness who have been the pioneers in Bollyfitness and dance Fitness since 1987 and now the leaders.
I Freelance and conduct PT( personal training ) sessions mainly focussing on weight training, Functional training and little bit of cardio.
I make sure my members are happy having their goals met which include weight loss, healthy eating and most importantly consistency being the key. I ensure all of this making Fitness fun and Fit for life!!!
